Found myself heading back to SMU on this bright and sunny Saturday morning, all decked with a full-day of “classes” and activities in line.

Apparently, I am not the only one who appreciates a day just heading back to our alma mater to enjoy being a student once again, learning and more importantly, no exams and being able to “drink in class“. Hahaa!

I had gained quite a bit from the ASMU tour around the new School Of Law and the pending new building that will be ready in mid-2020, as well as so much more during the 3 classes I have attended throughout the day, especially the last class involving “Decision making though Poker”. Had so much fun while removing myself from the fear of risk in “playing-poker”, and found a new level of respect for Professional Full-Time Poker players for their strategic moves and game-face to win the leagues.

Thank you to all the Professors who took time off to educate us on a Saturday, the student helpers who helped boost their youthful energy in the activities to help engage with us, the great SMU Alumni Staff, who had put in so much hard work in planning for this inaugural full-day alumni homecoming of events just for us alumni, and last but not least, to all the alumnus who had taken the time off, to join us and embracing in old and new friendships throughout the day!
