How time flies and it is another Chinese Lunar New Year once again! I guess year-after-year as I grow older, I tend to look forward to more of these gatherings as I get to see my “long-lost” cousins, nephews and nieces.

As they grow older, they tend to be more relatable, have more topics to connect, and more fun to hangout with as we chat on more topics and share more silly games together.

Having the opportunities to visit home-bound roots is an equally exciting opportunity as we all laid back into a home of days past and to remanence of our childhood times. More importantly, these are days where we have the time to see our grandparents, whom are not based in Singapore as well.

Loved to slowed down the pace and the authentic joys of family and relatives during these joyous moments of celebrations. Looking forward to more gatherings soon and more laughter together!

Thankfully I also managed to recover from a brief sickness that came over on the eve of CNY, if not I won’t be able to enjoy all the goodies during this period!
